Err0 message displays.

The product did not start up correctly. Remove the battery and reconnect it. Press down on the platform and then release it without standing on it - the display should light up then switch off. If 'Err0' is displayed, repeat the action. Then, stand directly on the scales remaining motionless. Your weight will be displayed.

When using a body fat analyser, activate the 'body fat measurement' function by pressing the ON or MODE key.

This error message is displayed if you did not remain sufficiently still during the measurement. Weigh yourself again remaining completely still.

The weight may exceed the maximum limit for the scales (140kg or 150kg depending on the model). If this is not the case, contact your retailer.

This message indicates that the device was unable to measure the body fat. Have you removed all the labels from the platform? Did you weigh yourself with bare feet (no socks or tights)? If yes, lightly moisten your feet and weigh yourself again. If the problem persists, contact your retailer.

My bathroom scale displays nothing.

Is it a new product? If yes, correctly insert the battery and/or check the connection between the 9 V contact or the metal strips.

Some of our bathroom scales are supplied with lithium batteries (one or two depending on the model). The batteries must be inserted into the battery housing located underneath the scales. Always make sure that the + sign is visible after inserting the batteries.

Other models use alkaline batteries (9 V) (not included). The battery must be inserted into the battery housing. See the instruction manual for further details.

Where can i find lithium batteries ?

Our lithium batteries are of a CR2032 'button' type. You can buy lithium batteries in most large retailers or in specialist camera shops or other outlets.

Is the battery new? Could water have seeped into the electronics? If faulty, contact your retailer.

How to fix a mechanical Bathroom Scale ?

There is a knob to adjust the pointer or the dial to ensure it points to 0. This knob is located at the front or the back of the scales.
