I can't display my body fat analyser datas

When you get weighed, make sure you stay still until the scales beep (the BIA signal is displayed on the screen). On your My Terraillon app, you can then display your body fat analyser data, either by scrolling the weight widget to the right or left on the home page (five small points are visible at the bottom of the weight widget), or by clicking on the weight widget on "Weight" in the top left of the screen and choosing the data to display in the scroll-down menu.

Is the body fat analyse counter-indicated for some people ?

The body fat analyser sends an imperceptible and completely painless electric current through the legs. Scales fitted with this technology are therefore not suitable for people who use a pacemaker. They are also contraindicated for pregnant women and children under 7 years, whose physiological data falsify the results.

Should I synchronise my weight datas after each weighing?

The Web Coach bathroom scales have 360 memories. Therefore you can weigh yourself a many times before you synchronise your data. Nevertheless, we recommend that you synchronise your results regularly in order to keep track on the My Terraillon app, and keep it up to date.

I just removed my product from the wrapping, but it doesn't seems to work ?

To guarantee minimum battery for immediate use of your product, it is delivered in "aeroplane mode". To activate your product, press the button for a few seconds until the screen lights up.

Terraillon pedometers have a 7 day memory. You can therefore carry out an activity a week before you synchronise your data. Nevertheless, we recommend you synchronise your results regularly in order to track your progress in the My Terraillon app.

What is the autonomy of Terraillon pedometers and activity trackers ?

Terraillon pedometers can work independently for 7 days and take about 90 minutes to recharge.
