The tare function enables the weight of the container to be cancelled.
- Place your container on the scales.
- Press the T button. The scales display 0g.
- Now you can add your ingredients.
- Press the T button again each time you want to add a new ingredient to return the scales to 0.

Immerse the cartridge to activate it and start the first filtration: all the air in the cartridge must be removed.

The first two filtrations may be blackish in colour: this is normal and not harmful. It is caused by tiny carbon particles coming out. The cartridge must be activated by 2 full filtrations before drinking the water

Yes, but you need to put the water in the fridge and wait 2-3 hours. This takes a lot of time, and means you have to like chilled water.
