Your Terraillon guarantee
Terraillon products come with a complete guarantee for the period indicated below.
Note that Terraillon does not repair the product but replaces it with a new or equivalent product, depending on availability.
The Terraillon guarantee applies from the date of purchase made by the first buyer and is transferable only between end users.
The Terraillon guarantee is extended without prejudice to your other legal and regulatory consumer rights.

Elements not covered by the guarantee
This guarantee only covers faults with items and manufacture of the product. This guarantee does not cover:
- Periodic maintenance and the repair or replacement of items as a result of normal use;
- The costs of transport and associated risks on delivery and collection journeys by the end user;
- The consumable elements (elements which are replaced periodically, such as filter cartridges, batteries etc. during the life cycle of the product);
- Deterioration or faults with the product resulting from:
- Improper use or installation of the product (use other than that for which the product is intended, installation or use that does not comply with Terraillon's instructions)
- Product maintenance which does not comply with Terraillon's instructions or negligence when maintaining the product.
- Improper handling or treatment of the product (movement, dropping, shock etc,) or inappropriate environment (poor ventilation, vibration, exposure to humidity, excessive heat, contact with sand or other substance, improper electrical power supply etc.)
- Use of the product with non-compatible or defective material or software, consumable, secondary or peripheral products
- A modification or repair of the product not carried out by Terraillon
- Force majeure, disaster (fire, flood etc.), lightning, etc.
What do I do when I need assistance?
If you need assistance or a service, please contact the sales outlet where the products were purchased by the first buyer.
If that is not possible, contact Terraillon customer services at rma@terraillon.fr. Before contacting our customer service, make sure you have the reference number or model name of your Terraillon product to hand, check the date and the place of purchase and prepare a brief description of the problem or of your request.
