We recommend that you use the Terraillon blood pressure monitor on your left wrist/arm, closest to your heart. Furthermore, it's essential that you always check your blood pressure on the same arm. Do not hesitate to refer to the instructions to make sure you're positioning your blood pressure monitor correctly.
