This data is then used by the Wellness Coach – Sleep app to calculate your sleep score, providing you with nightly summaries of the quality of your sleep.  All of this data can then be seen on your dashboard, so that you can understand and improve your sleep. Dot is discreet and easy to attach to your pillow, measuring only 3.3cm in diameter.

The Dot sleep sensor is fully autonomous but can also be used with the Homni smart sleep solution to enhance your experience.
